Even though Our color card prices start as low as $125, the cost of producing plates and preparing a color job to run on press is about $600 before a single card is run. In order to offer color printing at an affordable price we group similar jobs and run them together as a ColorCard run so these "start up costs" are shared across a number of jobs. The consequence of this is that each ColorCard is matched as closely as possible, but each job cannot be color corrected individually. Color variations on ColorCard runs while still slight, may be expected to be greater than those on other runs. By running your job as a ColorCard, you are accepting these slight color variations.
