File Specs:
Save your file as an Illustrator 8 .EPS file.
Or, use our PrintNW Adobe Acrobat Distiller profile and create a print-ready PDF file.

Graphic Links:
Check your Links Window and make sure you embed all placed graphics. Make sure all graphics imported into your EPS file are in CMYK format. There is no need to include a copy of any imported graphics used.

Fonts:
Convert ALL fonts used in your document to Outlines. There is no need to include a copy of the fonts used.

Color:
All colors and swatches used need to be CMYK based.

Miscellaneous Info:
If your file uses a white background, please create a white rectangle (with no outline) in the background which needs to be the dimensions of your final printed piece.
