How long will it take to receive my order?
All jobs received with digital files ready for production will be delivered within 2 weeks from time of order. Or, if file or artwork preparation is needed or if you take a considerable amount of time to send us your approval to print, your job will ship 1 week from the time of final approval (no exceptions)
Can I pay more to RUSH my order through?
All ColorCard pricing is based on "ganged" press runs. Therefore, we print your job with several other orders If you wish to have your job "rushed" through, it can be done, but we would need to run your job as it's own press run which costs considerably more.

Are there any additional or "hidden" charges?
The only charges not given on our pricing page is for set-up charges (only if needed and approved by you before we begin the work) and for shipping costs.
What are your shipping costs?
At the moment we charge a variable rate which is dependant on exactly where you live and many cards you are ordering.
Can I have my order rushed shipped?
Absolutely! In addition to standard U.P.S. ground shipping, we can have your order sent Second Day, Next Day Air or even Federal Express Saturday. Please indicate on your Online Order Form the manner in which you want your order shipped so we can add the appropriate charges to your order.
Can you print sizes not shown on your web site?
Yes we can. If you wish to receive an estimate on a size of card not given on our web site, please use our convenient Online Estimate Request Form and we'll email you a price.
Can I use a color other than black on the 2nd side?
You can have any standard Pantone ink used on the second side, either instead of or in addition to black. There is, however, an additional charge of $70.00 for this service.
Can you print full color both sides?
Yes. This service is not, however, offered through our standard ColorCard line. If you wish to have an estimate sent to you for a 2-sided, full-color order, please use our Online Estimate Request Form.
Can you print on "non-glossy" paper?
Yes, but this service is also not a part of our standard ColorCard line. To get a price for your job, please use our Online Estimate Request Form
Do you take orders from outside the United States?
We are sorry, but at this time we can only accept orders which are to be shipped within the U.S.
Do you offer layout services?
Yes. If you are unable to create your digital file yourself, our highly trained and creative staff of graphic artists and designers can create a layout for you.
What does it cost to have you create my artwork?
Since every layout is unique and uses different design elements, the cost for our expert Design Services vary with each piece. If you wish to receive an estimate for creating your desired job, please send us a "mock-up" and a list of specifications via U.S. mail or FAX. Both our address and our FAX number can be found on our Contact Page.

How do I send you my files?
First you will need to submit an Online Order Form. Once that is completed, you will be taken to our convenient Online Uploading Form where you can send us your file using your web browser.
Can I send my files as an email attachment?
We prefer you use our Online Upload Form, but if it is more convenient, you may send us your files as an email attachment. You must tell us in the body of your email exactly what job your file(s) are for. Please keep in mind that many Internet Service Providers impose a file size limit to all email attachments. Check with your ISP before attempting to send any large files. Please send your attachments to the following address:

Can I use FTP send you my files?
Unfortunately, because of abuse of our system, we do not allow standard FTP (File Transfer Protocol) of customer files. We may plan on offering this service again in the future, but at this time we ask you to please use our standard Online Uploading Form or to send your file as an Email Attachment
